Frequently asked

What is the difference between the Botox and Keratin sets?

Both are four-step rituals with the same shampoo, conditioner and masque. The Botox set focuses on smoothing and deep repair — best if your hair is frizzy, dry or over-processed. The Keratin set rebuilds structure and gives a sleeker, straighter finish — best if your hair is heat-damaged, coloured or chemically treated. If you are unsure, email us and describe your hair.

Are the treatments formaldehyde free?

Yes. Our Botox Treatment is formaldehyde free, so you get smoothing and repair without the harshness of a traditional straightening treatment.

Can I use these on coloured or relaxed hair?

Yes. Everything in the range is sulphate free and pH balanced, and the Velvet Masque is a colour-safe formula. That is exactly the hair this range was built for.

How often should I use the growth oil?

Two to three times a week. Apply directly to the scalp with the applicator tip, massage for two to three minutes, and either leave it in or leave it overnight and wash out.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by PayFast. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit), or by Instant EFT straight from your bank — FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, Investec, TymeBank and others. SnapScan and Zapper are also available. We never see or store your card details.

How long does delivery take?

We pack within 1–2 business days. Door-to-door courier is 2–4 business days thereafter; PUDO and Pargo pickup points are 3–5. Free courier delivery on orders over R400.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking page with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We also email you a courier tracking number the moment your parcel is collected.

My confirmation email never arrived.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is genuinely missing, email hello@hairbynay.co.za and we will resend it — your order is safe either way.
