Delivery options

• Door-to-door courier — R99.00. 2–4 business days, nationwide. Tracking number emailed on dispatch.
• PUDO / Pargo pickup point — R60.00. 3–5 business days. Collect from a locker or store near you.
• Local collection — no charge. Collect in person once we confirm your order is ready. No charge.

Free courier delivery on all orders over R400.

Dispatch times

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment the courier collects. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are packed the next business day.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. We cover the return cost in these cases.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used haircare products where there is nothing wrong with them. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will happily resend it once you have covered the second delivery charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through PayFast, and typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
