Orders
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified through PayFast. Until then it is held as pending. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product turns out to be unavailable.
Pricing
All prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change, but the price you are charged is always the price shown at the moment you check out.
Products
Our products are cosmetic haircare products. They are not medicines and make no medical claim. Results vary between hair types. Always patch test if you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and keep products out of reach of children. For external use only.
Delivery
Delivery timelines given on this site are estimates provided in good faith. Once a parcel is with our courier, delivery is subject to their service. See our delivery and returns page.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
